We strictly sell cigars only to verified buyers who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or purchasing from The Slow Draw, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement for purchasing tobacco products in India.
02. Verification Process
To ensure compliance, we follow a thorough age verification process:
- All new customers must provide valid government-issued photo identification (such as Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, or Driver’s License) before completing a purchase.
- Verification is a one-time process, after which your account will be marked as verified for future orders.
- Any discrepancies or failure to provide valid proof of age will result in order cancellation and account suspension.
03. Responsible Sale Policy
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order if age verification fails or appears fraudulent.
- Take necessary action to ensure that our products are not resold or distributed to minors.

The Slow Draw operates in accordance with The Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2003 (COTPA) and related government guidelines.
