Data Deletion
Request.

To request the complete deletion of your account and personal data, you can reach out to us using either of the following methods. Please ensure you contact us using the exact email address associated with your account.

Option A: Email Us Directly
Send your request to:

Option B: Use Our Contact Page
Submit a message through our official Contact Us page with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

Once we receive your request, our support team will initiate the data deletion process.

• Your request will be processed within 7 business days.
• Upon successful removal of your data from our active databases, you will receive a final confirmation email notifying you that the deletion is complete.

If you created your account using a third-party social login app, you can also sever the connection and remove our app's access to your data directly through your social media settings:

• Facebook: Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites. Find "The Slow Draw" and click "Remove".
• Google: Go to your Google Account > Data & Privacy > Third-party apps with account access. Find "The Slow Draw" and click "Remove Access".

Upon verifying your request, we will permanently scrub the following information from our active databases:

• Your name, phone number, and account profile details.
• Saved shipping and billing addresses.
• Marketing subscriptions, newsletter preferences, and email tracking data.
• Saved wishlist items and cart data.

Please note that as a registered e-commerce entity operating in India, we are legally mandated to retain certain transactional data even after your account is deleted:

• Purchase records, invoices, and payment logs: Retained for the period required under Indian tax, GST, and accounting law.
• UPI payment screenshots: Retained for 24 months from the date of the transaction for financial audit and dispute-resolution purposes, then securely deleted.
• Age-verification audit-log data (verification timestamp, hashed IP address, IDfy reference ID): Retained for 24 months per our Age Verification Policy.

This retained data is strictly isolated and will never be used for marketing or profiling.
