Returns &
Replacements.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.
Tobacco products, including cigars, cannot be resold or restocked once they have left our storage facility. For health, hygiene, and legal reasons, we are unable to accept returns or process exchanges for any reason, including:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Incorrect order placed by the customer.
- Product already opened or used.
We maintain strict quality checks and careful packaging. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging.
Once verified, our team will review the case and may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation. Decisions will be made at the sole discretion of The Slow Draw after review.
If delivery is refused due to failure in age verification (i.e., the buyer cannot prove they are 18+ at delivery), the order will be cancelled and returned. In such cases, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch and prior to age verification approval. Once the order is shipped, no cancellations will be processed.
