Sale Policy.
The Slow Draw is committed to selling premium tobacco products responsibly, in strict adherence to the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 (COTPA) and applicable Indian law. This policy sets out the standards we hold ourselves to at every stage of a sale — not just at account sign-up.

01. Age Verification at Every Stage
Every customer completes identity and age verification before their first order is processed, and every delivery requires the receiver to present a valid government-issued photo ID confirming they are 21 years of age or older at the doorstep. A completed online verification does not replace doorstep verification — both are required on every order. Full detail is available in our Age Verification Policy.
02. No Sale to Minors
We refuse, cancel, or reverse any order where there is reasonable suspicion that the purchaser is under 21, is purchasing on behalf of a minor, or has submitted fraudulent identification. This applies regardless of order value or account history.
03. No Encouragement of Resale
Our products are sold for personal consumption by verified adult purchasers only. We do not knowingly process orders in quantities or circumstances indicating resale or onward distribution to unverified parties, including minors.
04. Responsible Marketing
Our product descriptions are restricted to factual, objective attributes — origin, construction, dimensions, and tasting notes — and do not associate tobacco use with lifestyle, achievement, celebration, or social status, and do not imply any health benefit. 05. Cooperation with Authorities
We cooperate fully with lawful requests from Indian regulatory or law-enforcement authorities relating to the sale of tobacco products through our platform, and retain the verification and order records necessary to do so.
